More details about Lady Gaga's music video for You & I are coming out and it looks like she'll be doing her best Linda Hamilton impression and go ducking through the cornfields of Nebraska. Gaga actually tweeted the following photo herself earlier today.
No, it’s not a photo from Lindsay Lohan’s imaginary audition for the lead role in Black Swan.
In an interview with a radio station in Omaha, Gaga confessed that she doesn’t believe “there's anything hotter than being in a cornfield in Nebraska.” The premise of the video is Gaga going from New York City to Nebraska to win back the man she loves. “I'm walking with no luggage and no nothing and it's just me and my ankles are bleeding a little bit and there's grass stuck in my shoes.”
And just like corn, the You & I video is starting to sound like it too will be hard to digest.
Gaga previously mentioned that she would be a mermaid in her next video, but no word if those plans have been scrapped since Bette Midler laid the twitter smackdown on her. Just wait until Redenbacher hears about this.

ReplyDeleteThis is my least favorite song on the album...but if Nebraska cornfields it must be, then I hope Gaga will pick up a copy of The Worst Case Scenario Survival Guide: The Paranormal which includes a section on how to deal with cornfields infested by Satanic children. :P

I actually feel this is the strongest song on the Album, because this it what she wants to sound like.
