As an Australian I am actually very proud of this video. It's so simple and touching and it does demonstrate that this is about lives.
I am also amazed at how viral it's gone... I only hope it does what it's set out to do and that's help get marriage equality a reality in this country. There is no reason why we should be treated any differently - there really isn't it.
I guess we will see what happens with our esteemed unmarried PM's conscience vote.
A lot of people have put up this video, and I still tear up every time I watch it. It's absolutely beautiful.
